Ordering
Longridge has a secure e-commerce facility, provided by Sage Pay, that can take your payment by credit or debit card. We are also very happy to accept payment via PayPal.
Alternatively, you can order by phone where we can also answer any of your enquiries. Our office hours are UK 9am to 5pm BST. If we are busy or at other times please leave a message with a return number and we will call you back.
All card payments are taken in British Pounds Sterling; your card provider will provide exchange conversion for your account at their exchange rates.
VAT at the prevailing rate is included in all the pricing on this website. If you are purchasing from outside the EU please contact us for pricing and payment exclusive of VAT.
Delivery
We deliver by courier or letter service. In the UK, this is between 1-2 working days. Elsewhere, it will be as quick as the courier service can provide. In all cases we would expect to deliver within 7 days.
Please assist the courier by being available to sign for the receipt of your delivery. If this is not possible, please let us know so that you may collect from the courier’s local depot. Thank you.
The delivery costs are dependent on the weight of your order and the destination. For an accurate figure please proceed to the checkout where the delivery costs will be displayed.
